What is this retreat like?
This retreat is intentionally slow, gentle, and restorative. There is a loose structure to guide the experience, but plenty of spaciousness for rest, reflection, and personal time. You can expect: Gentle group gatherings, Quiet time in nature, Nourishing meals, Meaningful (but never forced) connection, Opportunities for reflection and emotional restoration. There is no pressure to share, participate in everything, or be “on” in any way. You are invited to move at your own pace.
I've never done a retreat before, is this for me?
Absolutely! Many guests attend retreats for the first time. Everything is designed to feel welcoming, approachable, and supportive — no prior experience with meditation, journaling, or retreats is necessary. Just come as you are. This retreat is intentionally small and intimate to create a warm, safe, and supportive environment. Small groups allow for: Deeper connection, more personal attention, an a calm, relaxed atmosphere.
What should I bring with me?
We provide all the essentials, but feel free to bring any personal items that help you relax. After booking, you’ll receive a detailed packing list. Generally, guests bring: Comfortable clothing, layers for outdoor time,Personal comfort items, walking shoes. You don’t need to bring anything special — just what helps you feel comfortable and at ease.
What about the accomdations and meals?
Accommodations are cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully selected to support rest and connection with nature. You can expect comfortable sleeping arrangements and peaceful natural surroundings. Specific accommodation details will be shared for each retreat location. Nourishing, thoughtfully prepared meals are included throughout the retreat, including: Breakfasts, lunch, and dinners. Meals are designed to be wholesome, comforting, and supportive of overall wellbeing.
